If you wish to return or exchange an item, please make sure to inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. This allows us to promptly address your request and ensure a smooth resolution.

Our company's policy requires customers to send back the item to our office in Australia and provide the tracking number within 3 days via email. This ensures that we can track the return shipment and keep you updated on the shipping details.
At DXJ, we examine and checked every piece before we sent out to our customers. However, in the rare occasion that you receive a faulty or damaged item/s please contact us within 3 days at hello@dxjcheongsam.com to advise on next steps.
Once we have received your request, our dedicated team will review it and provide further instructions. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from DXJ Cheongsam.
- Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds for returns will be issued in the form of e-credits while exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. A e-store credit note based on the purchased value will be emailed to customer once return is received. E-store credit code has an expiry date of one year.
It is important to note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made cheongsam dresses, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer service team for more information.
